Residential Alisios is located in km4 of La Manga, at the very center of the area called the Golden Corner one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of La Manga. The apartments are located facing Mar Menor (west), Mediterranean  Sea (East) or Swimming pool (South). The residential has an adult swimming pool plus a separated swimming pool for little children, both of them surrounded by garden and palm trees. From the residential, access to the Mar Menor Sea is a less than 50m walk in straight line, without crossing any street and only one minute walk to the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, both sides having wide sandy beaches with fine sand. Nearby the apartment, there are several commercial centers with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops and pubs all within a one-minute walking range.  The name of the residential, Alisios comes from a type of sailboat of the same name.
