In 1973 VECOS was created to sell newly developed properties in La Manga, as a recognised agent by the International Federation of Real Estate Agents (FIABCI) and the Belgian National Federation of Real Estate Agents (N.I.K.B). We fell in love with the area, put down roots and decided to stay. Since then we have acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate market in the area in general, as well as specific issues related to non residents buying and selling property in Spain. Eventually we decided to specialise in real estate located in the "Golden Corner" of La Manga because we firmly believe that it is the most beautiful part of La Manga strip and the Mar Menor area. |
More then 30 years ago, we sold these properties as new development. Since then, we have been assisting original owners to sell these properties to new owners. With our long experience, we have come to know each property intimately, their history, their qualities and the market prices.
VECOS works very closely with several banks, in order to provide potential buyers with competitive options for finance!
Additionally, having our own offices in the heart of the "Golden Corner" we are able to give a full property management service, including renting out property, home insurance, security, gardening, pool maintenance, renovation, regular check ups, administration and tax counselling.
